Annual Fees
Annual fees are charged upfront for one year of service. All service fees are non refundable. The service will run from the day of purchase to the same day of the same month next year. We provide add on services at discounted rates and upgrade prices to higher level plans for additional servers. Any existing running service can not be changed until it expires - you can only add new services. We allow for unlimited changes on any existing service within its service scope during its 1 year term.
Refund Policy
After signing up for a 1 year term you can not terminate this service or get any refund. You can modify your configuration at any time to use the service for another server or in a different configuration.
Other Service Durations
If you have signed up for another duration of the service please substitute the 1 year provisions accordingly.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate service for any customer at any time, at our sole discretion.
