We have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for this web site.

Our service registration form requires users to give us their e-mail address and other contact information.

Your e-mail address will be used in the following ways:

- To notify you about problems with your own servers.
- To notify you of system changes or problems with your account that may affect your service.
- To send you invoice and payment confirmation.

Your e-mail address and other contact information will never be shared with a third party other than Card Services International - our credit card processing organization - for online payment of invoices.

You may enter other e-mail addresses as notification contacts. Those e-mail addresses will never be used for purposes other than notification of problems with your servers. You may enter server information, IP addresses and optional access information. This information will not be used for purposes other than defined and shown by the service processes.

Your optional credit card billing information will be used only for authorization and settlement of charges you incur by using our services or buying our products. We will not store your credit card information on any of our servers. The credit card information is passed to Card Services International using encrypted communication. Your credit card number and contact information will be validated online during a payment transaction.

All online payments are for a one year use of our service to eliminate the need for us to keep your credit card information on file. We will notify you in advance prior to the expiration of the service to allow you a timely renewal.

Other payment options are available depending on your arrangement with the us.

Our service has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. When you create or update your account, your session will be encrypted by our secure server (SSL). This includes any other administrative information including but not limited to billing, invoicing and purchasing. On confirmation letters, emails we will only show last four/five digits of your credit card number and your account information.

This site gives users the option of changing and modifying information previously provided. You can change account settings in the administration area. You can change server information directly on the monitoring site. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information for the service to operate. Incorrect IP Addresses or server names for testing purposes are not permitted.

We log your IP address while you are visiting our site so we can understand how to improve site navigation. We do not associate your IP address with your account, all IP access information remains anonymous. Once we have analyzed the IP address information it is deleted.

When you log in to your account we send your browser one cookie containing a session key.The session key is used for no other purpose than to allow you to navigate our site, and to identify you as a registered user on each page you access. The cookie expires when you click "Logout" on the menu or when you close all browser windows.
